Holistic health coaching for women living with persistent fatigue

You are not lazy. You are exhausted — and that is a different thing entirely.

There is a kind of tiredness that sleep does not fix. Where a normal day costs more than you have. Where the blood tests come back fine and you are left holding a question nobody will answer.

I know that kind. I lived in it for three years.

No cost, no obligation, no sales pitch. Just a conversation.

Is this you?

Some of this will sound familiar

  • You sleep eight hours and wake up feeling like you did not sleep at all.
  • Your energy runs out long before your day does — and you have started planning your life around that.
  • Every test comes back normal, and somehow that makes it worse rather than better.
  • Something small — a shower, a phone call, a trip to the shops — costs you the next two days.
  • You have been told it is probably stress. Or hormones. Or anxiety. Or just getting older.
  • You used to be the capable one, and you are quietly grieving that person.
  • You have tried things. Supplements, rest, gentler routines. Nothing has quite held.

If you are recognising yourself here — you are in the right place, and there is nothing wrong with you.

What I actually do

Not another protocol to white-knuckle through

Coaching is not a treatment and it is not a cure. It is a structured way of understanding what is happening with your energy, and building days that do not empty you out.

We work across four connected areas — at a pace set by your capacity, not by a programme schedule.

Understanding your energy

Before we change anything, we look at your actual patterns. When energy rises and falls. What quietly drains you. What helps, and what only seems to. Most women I work with have never had this properly mapped — and seeing it laid out is often the first relief.

Pacing and daily structure

Learning to work within your energy envelope is one of the most effective tools available for persistent fatigue, and one of the hardest to do alone. We build it together, practically, without shame about what your current capacity is.

Nervous system regulation

Persistent fatigue often comes bound up with a nervous system stuck in survival mode — the tired-but-wired state. Gentle, evidence-informed practices to help shift out of it, chosen so they will not cost you energy you do not have.

Nutrition and nourishment

Not a diet. Not a cleanse. Simple, low-effort food strategies that support your energy and reduce inflammatory load, designed for someone who does not have an hour of standing in a kitchen to give.

To be clear about what this is: health coaching is educational and supportive. I am not a physician, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I always encourage you to keep working with your doctor. Coaching sits alongside medical care.

Why I do this

I did not choose this specialism. It chose me.

In 2013 I came home from several years working overseas as a contractor. Twelve to fourteen hour days, seven days a week. In the last six months of that contract I skipped my rest break and pushed through.

What I came home to was not the recovery I had planned. It was exhaustion that sleep did not touch, a brain that would not hold a thought, and a body that had simply stopped cooperating. My bloodwork was normal. Nobody could tell me what was wrong.

The answer came from an acupuncturist trained in both Eastern and Western medicine, who examined me properly and named it: chronic fatigue syndrome. Building a way through took three more years — nutrition, nervous system work, pacing, and genuine rest. By 2016 I was symptom-free, and I have stayed that way.

I want to be careful about what that means. My recovery is my recovery. Bodies differ, histories differ, and I will never tell you that what worked for me will work for you. What I can offer is somebody who understands this from the inside and will not rush you.

Ways to work together

Start wherever you actually are

Some women want a conversation. Some want one question answered. Some are ready for months of structured work. All of those are legitimate places to begin.

Start here

Free 15-minute discovery call

A conversation, not a commitment. We talk about what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, and whether this kind of support would actually help you. If it would not, I will say so.

15 minutesVideo callNo obligation

Ask one question

You have a specific question — about a symptom pattern, a food, a practice you read about, whether something is worth trying. Send it and get a considered written answer from someone who knows this territory.

Written responseOne question

30-minute health history consultation

A proper look at your history before you decide anything. We go through your symptom timeline, what has been ruled out, and what patterns are visible. You leave with concrete next steps whether or not you work with me further.

Questions

Things women usually want to know first

No. A lot of the women I work with are still in the middle of trying to get answers, and some never receive a definitive label. You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from understanding your energy patterns, learning to pace, and supporting your nutrition and nervous system.

Never. I am a health coach, not a physician. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and I will actively encourage you to keep your medical team involved. Coaching is a complement to medical care, not a substitute for it. If anything I hear suggests you need medical attention, I will tell you.

I cannot promise that, and I would not trust anyone who did. Chronic fatigue is complex and every person is different. What I can tell you is what coaching offers: a clearer understanding of your own patterns, practical tools for managing energy, and support from someone who is not going to tell you to try harder.

This is the most common worry, and it is a fair one. Everything is paced to your capacity. Sessions are online, from wherever you are comfortable. There is no homework you have to complete. And the first step costs you fifteen minutes and nothing else — we can decide together whether now is even the right time.

Most women who reach me have. That is usually a good sign, not a bad one — it means you have been paying attention. Part of what we do early on is look at what you have tried, what happened, and why some things may not have worked. That history is useful information.

I am in Houston, Texas, and all sessions are held online by video. I work with women across the United States and internationally. Time zones can usually be accommodated — mention it on the call.

The first step is a conversation.

Fifteen minutes. No cost, no pressure, no obligation to book anything afterwards. Just a chance to be heard by someone who understands what you are describing.

“It gave me a map. Having a map, knowing there were real reasons for what I was experiencing, changed everything.”
